Site Information

The Info tab allows you to define general information about your site.

A
Site Title
– Enter a title for your site in this box. Suggestions include your name and professional title (e.g. “John Smith, Realtor”) or your firm’s name (e.g. “John Smith Realty”). The Site Title will appear prominently in a large font on the top of all of the pages of your site. Clicking on it will return a visitor to your home page. Site Title is a required field.

Site Logo
– Optionally select an image to upload to be used as the logo for your site. This logo will take the place of the Site Title on your site. Clicking on it will return a visitor to your home page.

Site Tagline
– Enter a tagline for your site in this box. Suggestions include the name of your firm (e.g. “Wonderful Homes”) or a phrase (e.g. “Let me sell your home!”). The Site Tagline will appear near your Site Title (its exact location varies according to the site theme, which may be selected on the Theme tab) in a smaller font on all of the pages of your site.

C
Site Description
– Enter a description for your site in this box. This description will not be visible to visitors of your site. It is used by search engines (e.g. Google, Bing) to identify your site and provide summary information. A concise sentence or two describing your site is recommended for this field.

Please note the image shown on the Info tab is provided as a reference to give you a general idea as to how your site will look using the above options. Your actual site may vary slightly based on your selection on the Theme tab.

Theme

The Theme tab allows you to select the design of your site. All pages within a theme have a similar layout with colors, fonts, navigation, buttons, graphics and content all coordinated to present a pleasing and consistent aesthetic to your site visitors. We recommend you select each theme and preview your site to see how it looks until you find the theme that best meets your needs.

Please note the images shown are for example purposes only and the theme may vary slightly in appearance on your site. Also, if you are not subscribed to OneKey® MLS IDX Search, the Quick Search box will not be displayed on any theme on your site. MLS Customer Service can provide information about the OneKey® MLS IDX Search feature when you activate your site.

Header Image

The Image tab allows you to select the image to be displayed at the top of your site. We have provided an array of photos from which you can make this selection. The Custom Image button allows you to upload an image from your device if you prefer to use your own image instead. We recommend you select several images and preview your site to see how it looks until you find the image that makes your site look the most attractive.

Please note the images shown are for example purposes only and the theme may vary slightly in appearance on your site. Also, if you are not subscribed to OneKey® MLS IDX Search, the Quick Search box will not be displayed on any theme on your site. MLS Customer Service can provide information about the OneKey® MLS IDX Search feature when you activate your site.

Colors

The Color tab allows you to select a color scheme for your site. We have provided several color combinations from which you can make this selection. We recommend you select several color schemes and preview your site to see how it looks until you find the scheme that makes your site look the most attractive when combined with your theme and header image.

Please note the preview image shown is for example purposes only to give you a general sense as to how your site will appear using the selected color scheme. The theme may vary slightly in appearance on your site so please be sure to preview your site after making a selection to see the full effect of the chosen color scheme.

Pages

The Pages tab allows you to select the pages that will appear on your site as well as their names and order of appearance.

Choose Pages

A checked box next to a page name means the page will show on your site. Unchecking a box will hide the corresponding page from your site (its content will remain unaffected and still available to you in case you decide to add it back to your site later). Clicking the (i) button next to a page name will display information about the page and examples related to its usage.

  • The Listings section will allow you to add pages for your available listings, open houses and properties you have already sold. These listings are automatically pulled from Stratus. You do not need to manually enter listings yourself.
  • The MLS IDX Listings section will allow you to add a page containing the MLS IDX Search feature. This feature is only available if you have subscribed to it. MLS Customer Service can provide information about this feature when you activate your site. A link to IDX Search Setup is available in this section to allow you to create specialized searches which can be used to focus on your market areas and specific housing types, such as waterfront properties, million dollar homes, commercial properties, rentals, land, etc. You have the ability to decide what will appear as results in these custom searches to more easily drive prospects to your business. You can also enable Saved Searches and Favorites within IDX Search Setup to allow visitors to create accounts with their own customized search criteria and lists of properties of interest. You can view these criteria and lists and refer to them when communicating with these visitors.
  • The Buying & Selling Tools section allows you to add pages containing ready made content that may be of interest to your site visitors.
  • Agent Sites: The About Me page displays your personal information including your photo, biography and contact methods. Please be aware you must authorize this information to be displayed in your IMS settings before the About Me page will show it on your site. Click the (i) button next to About Me for more information.
  • Office Sites: The About Us page displays a list containing each member of your office along with contact methods and photos. Click the (i) button next to About Us for more information. Please be aware the contact methods will only be shown for members of your office who have authorized this information to be shared in their IMS settings.
  • The Contact Page contains a form visitors can use to send messages to you along with their contact information. This inquiry will be sent to your e-mail.
  • Custom Pages allow you to add content to your site beyond the previously mentioned pages provided by OneKey® MLS. You may add up to fifteen Custom Pages. Custom Pages may contain any content of your choice and are edited in the same manner as the Home page which is described in the Details section of this Help document.

Order and Rename Menu

  • Drag and drop the page titles shown to order them the way you want them to appear on your site. The page titles will appear as menu selection at the top of your page for easy navigation by your site visitors.
  • If you would like one of the menus to contain other pages, you can do so by indenting the page title beneath another page title (drag the page title to the right to indent and drag the page title to the left to remove the indentation).
  • Rename a menu by clicking on the edit button and entering the desired name.

Details

The Details tab provides the ability to add and modify content on your pages as well as customize additional settings.

Site Settings

The Settings tab allows you to specify a domain for your site if you have already purchased one from a domain name provider. Enter the domain in the provided box. Otherwise, the default domain name is www.realtywebhome.com/YOURNAME. You may also enter a Google Analytics account ID in the provided box if you make use of that service to track the performance of your site.

You may also set up footers for the bottom of your site. Text, Available Listings, Sold Listings, Open Houses and Office Roster can be added to these footers and remain visible as visitors navigate your site to provide easy access to your listings.

Footer Help

Complete

All done! Your monthly costs are displayed on the Complete tab. Please review the License Agreement and click the check box agreeing to its terms. A Submit button will appear after you check the agreement box. Enter your phone number and e-mail address in the boxes provided and click the Submit button. MLS Customer Service will contact you soon after for your billing information and to activate your site.
