Robert Macchia
A real “people person”, Robert offers a wealth of experience to his clients, bringing over 30 years of experience as a highly successful litigator and trial attorney in New York State as well as the United States Federal Courts. His practice has included Real Estate, Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice. In additional to being a licensed real estate broker, he is an admitted attorney “in good standing” in New York State, Connecticut, and the Federal Courts of the United States. He is well regarded by his peers and clients for his integrity, trustworthiness and compassion, as well as being a vigorous and strong advocate for his clients.
Having litigated and tried thousands of cases to a successful conclusion, Robert has also served as an appointed mediator on numerous complex matters, where astute and effective negotiation skills are a must. He has a wealth of experience in contract drafting and interpretation which have proven to be highly effective in securing a contract that protects the rights of his real estate clients as well as reflecting their best interests.
This vast experience explains Robert’s sharp skills at negotiating, predicting the other side’s next move, spotting potential issues, problem solving and ultimately bringing parties together to close the deal.

Born and raised in New York City and having lived on Long Island for over 25 years, Robert Graduated from St. John’s University as well as St. John’s School of Law, receiving a Juris Doctor degree and degrees in Political Science and Philosophy.
